Liz's assignment to us -- and she made us do this in the conference too -- was every morning, stand in front of your mirror (fully dressed of course), throw out your arms with joy and say with gusto, "Ta-Da!". You absolutely can't do this without smiling! And it will chase away the blues and any other negative thoughts. And then remember.......that's what God said when He made YOU!!
